Purchased this online 11/24/2024. Price was good, however, once delivered within days the washer would not spin out, called and had a service call scheduled. they happen to send two techs out in seperate vans. They punped water out, verified our drain was working, which it was. took back out, checked everything. They said it may not have been loaded right, or spun out uneven?
Well, my husband wasn't happy with info given, and said we will load it in half for now.
This problem occured again, and again. He pulled the model number, and other info on it and went to work. Multiple videos show issues with this model, parts issues, and it really hit home when he saw Multiple videos on YouTube, and other service companies. $399 for the unit, and the was a 12 minute video with a break down on you get what you pay for.
So, Beginning of 6/2025, it would not empty water, and we called Best Buy CS, it of course was in a another country, they offered a $300 "best Buy" gift card. and it would be emailed to us, We said we would apply it to a better washer, then came the catch. It could take 10 days to "email it". and we needed a washer asap, and it could not be used toward the purchase of new washer with our Best Buy Visa card. So, new washer delivered, no gift card. And if and when it comes, we will go to Best Buy and look for something???
