These steel hoses appear to be standard and are what is needed to connect the wash machine to the water lines. You need them if you need a wash machine installed.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Did not receive our installation

The delivery guys who brought the wash machine said they would not install it because they thought one of our water hookups might be leaking. They said we needed to have someone check it. They did not offer to return to install the washer after we had a plumber look at the hook ups.

Quiet, sensible, reliable washer

Quiet, efficient, big capacity machine. As the water fills, it flushes the detergent out of its holder, which disperses the detergent very well. Thus far, doing loads of all sizes from towels to sheets to jeans to delicates, nothing has been damaged by this machine. I also like the eco-warm temp setting. Samsung appears to have designed a good washer. I had an Amana for 1 day - it would only fill and empty - nothing else. The employees from the store said it is common with Amanas to have a malfunctioning motherboard right from the factory. No thanks. I hope to have this Samsung for a long time.
