If you think the installation crew knows something about your products, think AGAIN. They are simply delivery people. The manufacturer sent out folks to fix these (TWICE) and couldn't get it done. Now BB says that 'it's too bad' and call the manufacturer. Being a BB club member doesn't help either

BUYER BEWARE!!! Neither of these devices have worked after multiple replacements and servicing from the manufacturer and now BB says that they are washing their hands of the transaction. They simply say "It's not our fault" and point you to the manufacturer.

January 5, 2022
Best Buy came out and replaced the original washer in December. Balanced by their installation team at install. Unit still shakes the entire house in spin mode. After having two more folks (1 Best Buy technician and 1 contractor) come out to balance it, it appears as if the shaking is a product malfunction and the unit cannot be balanced properly. Return initiated (again) hopefully unit #3 will work properly.

As it turns out, LG commented on my original post. I wrote back and they sent someone out to fix the issue and VOILA! Just like that it's solved. I was pretty impresseed with the effort and the result.
