Actually kind of useful.

I am knocking off a star because of battery life (I have to charge it every morning and night), limited sizing options (47mm and 43mm), no other band options at this specific location. No blood pressure option. Other vitals are only 75% accurate. Lots of apps need more optimization and out of the box thinking to work on this form factor.
Overall though, it is cool. (Idk about $440 cool, but I digress)
It can be handy at times and is like an EXTENSION of my phone. I can reply to messages on text and instagram (if my phone is close enough), I can quickly see notifications (if the phone is close enough) and decide whether or not I need to pull my phone out. This feature is great for work, mowing the lawn, at the gym, etc.
The materials are also top notch. I have accidentally banged my wrist on stuff and so far, no scratches or dents on anything.
TLDR: Cool extension of your Samsung Galaxy phone, but not a necessary device. $440 may be too steep of a price for most people.

Bought this for a co worker who is not tech saavy. He ran out of space on his Samsung A20 and his device was slow and couldn't store any more photos or videos. Put this in and set it up and now his phone works good. It says on the box its smartphone conpatible so that was easy. Thank you Samsung.

Great phone, Bad buying experience

This phone is incredible and switching to anything lesser will be hard for me. This phone (without a case) just makes you want to grip it and hold it, its design can only be described as sexy. I got mine in the Phantom Black color, they really only had that option which was unfortunate. I want to give 5 stars but there are some issues I had. Again, the phone is top tier but I have some complaints. There are 3 smudges in the corners of the screen, I think they are the adhesive seeping through and they don't really get in the way but if my phone is off they are easy to see. It seems to be a Quality Control issue. Secondly, I paid 1,400 and there's nothing in the box. No charging block, case, or screen protector. Big yikes. And finally, my buying experience was not great. The employees were very unprofessional (which is unusual for this store) and it kind of ruined it for me. Eating snacks, talking about vaping, opening my brand new phone and setting it up for me when i could have done that at home (he made it seem like I NEEDED to set it up here) this forced me to stay a few extra hours at the store, and the Samsung guy even came up to them and started bragging about selling some expensive phones. Right in front of me. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I spent a lot of time and money saving up for this nice phone and the buying experience kind of sucked.

Got this for 200 dollars. The color is great and the design is super pleasing. Got exactly what i asked for. My main issues have been the screen (wish it was bigger and oled) and wifi issues. Mine connects fine to wifi, but my girlfriend's (pink) has so many issues with connecting to wifi. Also the battery can get wonky if you don't charge it regularly which makes me question the quality.
