POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was a "Fail" We made sure to schedule it on a Saturday so I could be there for the installation. Did all the preparation including disassembling the existing washer for removal. at the very last minute we get a call that the install is cancelled and the earliest would be the following Thursday. I know had to take off work to be there. The person was very unprofessional and demining will not purchase from Best Buy again.

Very Disappointing

There are so many issues that it is hard to decide where to start.
1. Precheck list indicates you are to disconnect the device for removal. Then when they cancel your delivery, they chastise you for disconnecting it saying that was part of the installation process. Lie.
2. They give you (9) item Pre delivery list you have to make sure happen before they will even schedule your delivery. But when they arrive the first thing, they give you is a slip saying there not going to hook up your dryer because of the age of the receptacle. WOW that would of been nice to know in the Pre-delivery check List.
3. Customer Service was not lacking it was nonexistent. Cancelling at the very last minute of the schduled

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Dryer Excellent Delivery Failed.

The Dryer itself is great. Don't plan on using it the first day if you have an older house. Best Buy brings the red slip of paper when delivered (by a third party delivery crew) that says you have an old style plug and it must be replaced before you can plug in you Dryer. That took three days to resolve. Also, Best Buy didn't include the water hose attachment. They charge for it, that is find but they didn't include it but I caught that and had it ready for the install. I could of had the plug issue dealt with if they would have had let me know. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

The washer so far is fantastic. Quiet, and cloths look great. The tub is deep. My daughter disappears when she reaches in to get the cloths. Very impressed with initial quality. This is our first Samsung Appliance.
