My family loves this freezer. I love the automatic temperature setting and how the door vacuums shut after opening. Plenty of space for my family of seven. Some of the reviews online almost steered me away from this freezer purchase.I am glad I went with my own instinct and bought it anyhow.

So far I love it. Its large enought that I can wash a king size comforter. It has multiple setting for different type of loads. It is connected.to my phone so I can get info on my loads such as when the load finishes, errors (which I have not seen yet), what phase the cycle is in and if there was something needing repaired.

Not a very good purchase so far

Have had it nearly a month and we are still not sure we like it. It balances the load prior to water pouring in. But with each balance, we have to pause the machine and balance by hand, otherwise the load is unbalanced. So this feature is a crock! Also, at times it will wash a load for over 2 hours. We have had to stop it and spin and drain twice now.. Going to call today, we are not happy
