After using it as a smoker, will my pizza get a smokey after taste? My wife does not like smokey food, and she thinks all pizzas will taste smokey in it.
You control the smoke. The degree of smokey flavor depends on the amount of pellets used. If smokey flavor is not desired do not use any pellets
