The same guy who hooked the washer up also hooked up the dryer and incorrectly connected the steam for the dryer. He also didn't seal the gas line and it was leaking gas after he left.

It was infect delivered. The delivery came by the tech who installed it who was a total mess and left our dryer leaking gas since he didn't know how to seal the line.
oh they also scuffed up the new LVT planks in our laundry room flooring.

The "installer" didn't hook the gas up correctly and we had a gas leak in our house for several days before we noticed it when we moved into the house.
the installer also stole the copper pipe that was there previously when replacing the hose with the new one.
