Machine was smashed in terribly. The install/delivery guy’s opened up the back and tried to punch out the 3 sided damage the best they could. Then I had to tell them to change the old hoses out for the new ones in the box that they just put on the counter. In fairness, they may or may not have caused the damage. All I received was Best Buy gift card for $125. The machine, hoses, delivery and take away of old machine cost about $600

we bought the insignia model ns-twm35w1 in may of 2021 and we are having issues of it not draining all the way and spinning the clothes dry, we do not do heavy loads and up until a month ago had been very happy with this machine.

How many years would you expect this Insignia™ - 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency 12-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White to last? My Kenmore washer is dying after 17 years which seems a bit short for Kenmore.
My kenmore lasted 20 but needed one or two service calls. It was leaky, tired and done. The new machine came beat up new. The metal gauge is less. Like a new car compared to an antique. No way of telling but if you ask most people, the new stuff doesn’t last. A new Samsung refrigerator lasted 3 years. Done after the warranty was. No comparison.

I need to know if i can buy a connector for this hose where i can connect both hot and cold water hose and than connect the hose to my sink as one. Basically i use my sink for hot and cold water so i need a connector to make it as one hose.
