My new dryer works even better than my former LG dryer. The temp sensor seems to work better. Since the installers never leveled the unit. The door keeps shutting on me while I am trying to load wet clothes. The dryer is great...the install was a nightmare.

I selected this to replace a similar LG washer that conked out after 13 years. I selected it because I knew it would fit in my hall laundry closet and I had really liked the old version. This one seems a little less sturdy, but has smart features that I have yet to use.

They delivered on schedule, but left a trail of mud and slush through my house. I had to wash the floors three times to completely remove the mud and salt residue. They scratched my wood stairs.

Awful, messy and damaged my stairs. Before they left, I noticed that the dryer was not fully inside the area and when I pointed out that I would not be able to shut the door, they shoved the dryer in too far and crushed the dryer vent. I had a carpenter on-site working on some flooring. He corrected the issue, but said they left me with a fire hazard.
