I called geek squad about my Samsung washer well they couldn’t work with that I had to call Samsung. They had me pushing the wrong two buttons my 17 yr old grandson showed me the correct two buttons to push. SMH they need to hire him

It is not as good as I thought it would be. The color messes up. I have to turn the sound on at least 55 to hear it good. Sometimes the remote doesn’t work. I could go on and on. I should have stayed with my Samsung.
