Kinked hoses

The guys were good, and quick, and nice. But they left the water hoses in a kinked and very unattractive state. The hoses could have been coiled properly before being hooked to the washer so they would sit against the wall in tidy fashion. Instead, they stick out and are unmanageable.

Forgotten step in the installation

The Geek guys were very quick, and friendly and polite. But, they completely FORGOT to hook up the water connection to the dryer, and so none of the steam functions work!
