The installers put a dent on the side of the washing machine as they unloaded it from the truck. I noticed it as soon as they removed it from the box. They also charged me $150 to "finish" the installation.

Poor Delivery Service

The delivery did not arrive on the designated day. I was waiting at home. I was late to work because they did not show up in the arranged time window. I called customer service and had to arrange a new delivery date. I inquired about a discount on the item as I had wait for the new delivery day. I was offered a $24 gift card. I accepted it but they could have done better on a $800 washing machine. I will be picking up my items from now on.
