Unprofessional Installation Services

Very bad experience with the vendor who came to install my Refrigerator, washer and dryer.
Despite being having total tech membership and paid for all the accessories required for the installation, they charged me $160.00 for a pipe extension and water valve replacement. Upon asking receipt, they mentioned that you will get in 24 hours which till date I did not get it even after multiple follow ups. Extremely unhappy with the installation services. Will not recommend to use.
