Horrible durability

DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER!!!
I have bought this twice and will never buy another Epson scanner because of how poor the durability on this is. Within a short period of buying and starting to use this scanner, it quit working. When I plug it into my computer, the computer recognizes something is plugged into the USB port but the green power light no longer comes on and it will not work. It happened the first time and since it is smaller and portable, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and purchased another one. The same thing happened to the second one!
DO NOT BUY THIS SCANNER!!!

Mine stopped working also within 2 1/2 years paid for the 2 year warranty and it stopped working after that period.
Even though it was portable I didn't haul it around anywhere so it shouldn't of stopped working that fast.
And see someone else has had the same issue.
