We bought this range as a replacement for our old, outdated and broken range thinking it would be a suitable replacement. After doing quite a lot of research, I was sold and decided to make the purchase. I had been informed incorrectly that the oven would go to 550 which I need in order to make good home pizzas. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered the oven would only go to 500 and struggles to maintain any temp above 350 for any period of time. This has made baking anything quite a chore because now I have to adjust the temperature constantly in order for the oven to stay in the range I need it at. You will never get an accurate reading with this oven. As for the stovetop, it is excellent and does exactly what I need it to do which is why I gave it a generous 3 stars.

We were excited by the size of the drum and amount of features vs the total price of the washer and thought we would be getting a great deal. The problem is, the spin cycle is so weak that towels and clothes often come out still completely soaked and/or covered in detergent residue. The towels are often so wet after being washed, that a normal sized load can't be handled by our dryer and the dryer will shut off mid cycle due to the excess weight. I thought the solution to this would be to use the "Drain and spin" option after doing my initial wash, but that turned into a "rinse, drain and spin" cycle for some reason even though that's a separate option entirely. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more on a name brand so you won't be disappointed and frustrated like we are.
