[Employee of bestbuy] Surprisingly good sound quality but also surprisingly uncomfortable as well lol, the clamp force is bad like turtle beach and the ear cups are kinda small feels easily breakable like razors black shark but yet the v2 is way more comfortable and has just as good sound quality. I’d say overpriced sadly too just a little.

The audio is really solid with the trifoce drivers I do worry it will eventually break due to build feeling flimsy and razor not having the best longevity record, but overall amazing for the price gg.

[Employee of bestbuy] Well the new Scarlet and violet set is interesting to say the least it’s a little expensive they upped the price and added more holos to justify that but, I feel my pulls are worse than sword and shield got 4 of each and got more fulls or v’s in sword and shield than my one ex in scarlet and violet idk yeah I got holos but idk. Yes I know it’s all rng but I feel they lowered the pull rates to make you less likely to get good pulls it feels off idk also the cards don’t look as awesome as I’d hoped going gray like Japan, sun and moon as well as others in yellow looked way better

How long is the cord on the headset?
Pretty long and if it’s attached to a controller like mine it feels too long lol but for pc should be perfect

Do I have to update these for them to work on my series s?
I don’t believe so but if so just have them plugged into your controller and go to the accessory settings on the s and update the controller with them attached it takes like 1 min max
