The balls cool just really hard to open and close and being plastic extremely static electrical so it gets dirty like no ones business fast. The 9 packs are nice along with the two promo cards fyi they are both in that same plastic so hard to keep mint unopened that sucks, all in all decent set.

As far as I know yes you’ll just need your receipt and proof of purchase, you’ll have to get the same one you got for the price to match or there may be a difference you’ll have to pay.

WHERE IS THE "ON" POSITION?? HOW DO I TURN IT ON???
The button that has reset turn it to reset, it is weird but if it kicks you switch it to off then reset I hope this helps.
