[Employee of bestbuy] Surprisingly good sound quality but also surprisingly uncomfortable as well lol, the clamp force is bad like turtle beach and the ear cups are kinda small feels easily breakable like razors black shark but yet the v2 is way more comfortable and has just as good sound quality. I’d say overpriced sadly too just a little.

The audio is really solid with the trifoce drivers I do worry it will eventually break due to build feeling flimsy and razor not having the best longevity record, but overall amazing for the price gg.

[Employee of bestbuy] Well the new Scarlet and violet set is interesting to say the least it’s a little expensive they upped the price and added more holos to justify that but, I feel my pulls are worse than sword and shield got 4 of each and got more fulls or v’s in sword and shield than my one ex in scarlet and violet idk yeah I got holos but idk. Yes I know it’s all rng but I feel they lowered the pull rates to make you less likely to get good pulls it feels off idk also the cards don’t look as awesome as I’d hoped going gray like Japan, sun and moon as well as others in yellow looked way better

My question was not answered. It was the simplest question: HOW DO I TURN IT ON? There IS NO "on/off" switch: the switch is "off/reset" -- ON is not a choice!! Don't tell me about the light or surge protection. What position does the switch need to be?
Reset I know it seems weird but if it kicks you turn it to off then back to reset, so reset is on I hope that helps.

Truth be told idk but if they don’t that’s kinda not ok, like if the product is unopened and returned within a reasonable amount of time you should be able to especially if you can’t pick what ball you get. I don’t want duplicate ones and personally looking for the quick ball due to it being my favorite ball look wise.

I am just wondering why they come random and you can't choose which one you want? If you don't have the one I want then I won't receive something I didn't want. I received a pink one and it was for my grandson and pink is not his color.
Definitely sad you can’t pick what ball they send, I also got the pink one, but I did also want to possibly collect all of them so unless my next one is a duplicate it is ok. But then again due to it being random it’s probably likely I’ll run into getting another pink and then I’ll be sad/unhappy because I don’t think they let you return them even if you don’t open them which is kinda not cool.
