Bought this item for my wife on deal of the day. Charged it and it never turned on. Wanted to exchange it, but Best Buy couldn’t because it was a Market place item. I asked if I could return it and buy a new one at the deal of the day price and they couldn’t do that either. Was hoping for the best. Frustrating.

I was looking at the reviews online. Definitely lives up to the reviews and has a parts and labor warranty to back it up. That’s something you don’t see in the gaming chair market. I bought this for my son who sits comfortably in it. If you are a little wider like me, get the larger chair. This is still comfortable though and can recline almost 180 degrees.
