Installers were very polite and arrived earlier than expected. Only complaint was that they couldn't test machine after installation because drain hose was too short. And supply lines were tangled and wouldn't allow machine to go against the wall.

The lines are superior quality but so were the ones on my old machine. So these weren't really needed. What we needed was a longer drain hose.

New machine. First Japanese made washer.

So far, so good. Our last machine was a Maytag and last a very long time. Samsung makes a decent phone, so hopefully their washers will be great. Like that it is quiet and senses the load size to save water and also tells you how long your load will take to wash. Also amazed by the size of the tub itself. Samsung was not recommended by my repairman, but I read several promising reviews, so we'll see.
