Waste of Our Money

Bought these when we purchased our Samsung clothes washer. Our expensive plumber had to connect it CORRECTLY because Best Buy installers left quickly while the washer was leaking everywhere on our floor!!! Our plumber said these hose lines were "Garbage."

Convenient Little Fridge, But Poorly Packaged.

Great addition to our upstairs rec room. Getting a cold beverage is much easier now, rather than having to go downstairs to the kitchen.
Compact refrigerator, but holds a lot more than I expected. My only qualm is that, like many others wrote in their reviews, it arrived dented. The top back edge has a small dent. Now, normally you would get a discounted price for dented appliances. Frigidaire needs to take heed to the reviews about the refrigerators arriving with dents. Meaning, their packaging method is a FAIL.
I would hate to pay over $2000 for a large refrigerator that arrived damaged, so WHY is it any better to have a dented mini fridge????

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

A Child Could Have Done Better

Even though the installers Ray & Derrick were very pleasant, the installation was not done properly. The new hose that they connected to the washer was leaking to the point of having a flood on the floor. Contacted Best Buy representatives by phone and hours later, no response, no results. Absolutely sickening. Had to hire a plumber to install the hoses correctly.
