The guys were quick and knowledgeable. They got the new washer and dryer in and removed the old ones in record time. They notified me of a teeny tiny unnoticeable dent in the washer as soon as they pulled it off the truck. They are a honest and hardworking team. Best Buy offered to give me a new product or give me a gift card for the dent. I took the giftcard.

Gas leak oops!

The guys were phenomenal! They were quick in and out! They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The only problem I had was they didn't tighten the gas tight enough so I did have to call national fuel for a gas leak. They said it happens all the time it was a simple mistake but could have been a big one.

I recently purchased a Samsung washer from BestBuy and it had a small pretty much unnoticeable dent. (BestBuy did give me a small gift card to make up for it!) The guys let me know as soon as they pulled it off the truck. They were quick and knowledgeable! Also I am thankful they were able to remove my old washer (for a fee applied while purchasing).

I grew up using macs and haven't used one in maybe 10 years. When I accidentally broke my laptop I knew it was time to return to my roots. I used this computer for work as a content creator for a nationwide company and it worked great! The battery life is long, the display is crisp, and everything downloads quickly. It's light and super portable. It is also gorgeous to look at. I will never not have a Mac from now on.
