BUY THE WARRANTY

I purchased this dryer April of last year but my dryer's heat conveniently went out in May of this year. With the warranty expiring @ 12 months I was left with a hefty 140$(after tax) consultation fee for GeekSquad to simply look at it. Repairs were quoted for another 300$ and at that point I would've been better off purchasing a more expensive machine from the get go or trying my luck with another 400$ machine vs repairing this one.
If you're willing for a gamble, the machine was great while it lasted. That is the only reason I am giving 3 stars.
