My husband purchased this for me in may 2023 it wouldn’t turn off last Thursday. I called kitchenaid. They will send another one and I have to box this up and send it back. I asked if I could have a refund they won’t do that. They said it had shipped last Friday. This is Tuesday aug 15 I called again. Still hasn’t shipped. I had previously had a bowl lift had to send it back motor issues. I’m too old to keep boxing these up and sending them back. I have no choice as they won’t refund your money. I have since found many articles people complaining about their mixers and service. I told them this morning I will never buy another of their products. I have no idea if I will even get a replacement. We live on social security it’s hard for us to be out this kind of money and it was a gift from my husband. I wouldn’t waste your money

repeat dont deal with kitchenaid

so I was never sent a text this item shipped, it showed up a week later, it arrived with a skuff on the top, so not knew, after one use the stainless steel bowl has pits in it that wont come out even with stainless steel cleaner, the tag thats always so hard to get off the cord came right off, obviously not new, but used so my husband paid for new, we got used back because the first one didnt work right. you cant get your money back so I would just steer clear of them and I will never buy another kitchenaid anything ever again because of all this, buyer really beware.
