Waste of money they will always try to fix even the unfixable to only try to save themselves pennies but it takes an entire month out of your life when they could of resolved the issue in less than 10 days . Oh and thank the lord the telephone conversations are recorded !

Do not waste your money they will do anything possible including lie to you to not have to replace hour items , instead they want to try to fix everything wich takes a ton of your time to only be told after a long amount of wasted family time that they couldn't fix it or they are waiting on more parts ! Disgraceful practices !

2nd lg washer and dryer because both broke down with in 2 years . Went and bought this model instead and the same thing happened. And im a premiere member who just had a tech out today and i was told i would be given a replacement, and 4 hours later they lie and say they want to try to repair it first when i know its only to make my family suffer ! Don't buy from best buy anything especially if you want it to work more than 2 years and you like to be lied to by there replacement department!
