Be careful...Samsung customer service stinks!

I love this refrigerator and it looks so good! I love the middle drawer and the water pitcher is perfect for our needs. I gotta admit that 2 sizes of ice is more exciting to me than it should be. But I am dreading the day that I have to deal with Samsung for repairs or warranty. I purchased a washer and dryer at the same time as this fridge(7 months ago) and I am JUST NOW getting it settled for a replacement to the very noisy and faulty one that originally was sent. A simple swap out for a brand new machine turned into a complete nightmare. I hope Samsung steps up and starts actually helping their customers instead of penalizing and treating them like insects.
Buyer beware that the product is cool, but the company that makes isn't so cool when you need help.

Not so great if you need service

I have both the washer and dryer and I like the washer pretty well. But to review the dryer , I would have to wait until I finally get the replacement I have been dealing with Samsung with for over 6 months!! I can properly review it once I use one that (hopefully) doesn't make a terrible metal on metal scraping noise while it's in use like the one that has been in my house for over 6 months. Samsung sent repair techs over who has to come multiple times and made the dryer worse. Samsung agrees to replace it, but makes it cost me money and creates a giant inconvenience for me, as an innocent consumer. Be careful and beware that dealing with Samsung will make your mental health decline. Customer service is most certainly not their priority.
I will say that I do not care for the fact that I can not adjust the temperature on the dryer in any of the presets. So, if you want lower temps, you have to do it on timed dry and 60 min is the max. It's a super pain.
