Washer in home delivery

I opted for home delivery as I would not be available for pickup. I first want to say I love that they had weekends available as I work typical 9-5 hours Mon-Fri. Secondly they gave me a delivery window of 3 hrs and It was delivered the first 10 minutes of that time frame. Amazing. I live in an upstairs apartment with an interesting layout so it was a tight squeeze. Unfortunately during the delivery it was hit on my wall which damaged the washed with a large dent. I immediately reach out to best buy support where they offered to replace the entire washer but I did not want to wait as I had been without a washer for some time. So they worked with me and I got a partial refund on the appliance, which in opinion is not bad considering the dent does not affect the function of the washer and it was a given due to my tight squeeze apartment. All in all i’m happy I went through best buy and can’t wait to purchase my matching dryer!!

I was in the market for a new washer since I hated my whirpool. I found this one on sale for an amazing price and since appliances are not cheap decided to give it a try. I read mixed reviews but mostly negative due to it agitating dry clothes to weigh them. I ABSOLUTELY love that feature because it will put in the exact amount of water everytime. When it bunches up the clothes before it adds water I just hit the pause button and rearrange them to be spread evenly. This was everyone’s biggest complaint but even if you did not rearrange them it would on its own after filling. Anywho to anyone in the market for a new washer but does not want to break the bank I so recommend, I have been in love since the day it got delivered. I love the see through lid so I can periodically check and make sure nothing is tangled. It is a little noisy when agitating but I just pull up my laundry room door and you can no longer hear it! Plus it’s just getting the clothes super clean! I 1000% recommend.
