Best Buy refused to actually deliver the “open box” washing machine that I purchased. They wanted me to go back to the store to buy a more expensive machine. Customer service was a joke. Would not refund my money the same day. I had to call back the next day (another 45 minute phone call)

Basically, they sold me a washer that did mot exist and wanted me to go back to the store to buy a more expensive machine. Customer Service is a joke! They don’t solve problems just tell you that they can’t really help.

WORST Buy not Best Buy

Bait and switch. They sold us an “open box” machine that didn’t exist. Canceled the delivery twice on the same day it was supposed to be delivered. Customer service is a joke! Kept saying we needed to go to the store to buy a different (more expensive) machine. Then, they wouldn’t refund my money because the machine was “in transit”. I told them “if it was in transit we wouldn’t be having this conversation.” I had to call back the next day for another 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. Nothing was easy. I wrote an email to the CEO of Best Buy. No response! The FTC really needs to look into deceptive trade practices of Best Buy.
