Dryer did not get real hot and I had to dry my clothes 4,5 times just to get them dried. Returned and purchased a Samsung dryer instead.

The waste H2O hose on new Samsung washer 2023 is too short to reach the drainpipe. A new longer hose retrofitted prevents a potentially leaking extension hose . We have Total Tech and have purchased the 8ft hose to be retrofitted--Does install do this?
