I read a review on the washer I am buying that said " the hoses were too small on the inside diameter and it caused water hammering, these were the only ones best buy had in stock" what is the INTERNAL diameter of these hoses?
hoses are not the cause of hammering. The valve closes causing hammering. Reduce the pressure.
