I was given $150 towards next purchase and less than 6 hours later bestbuy was offering $250. I reached out to bestbuy to see about giving me the $250 vs $150 after purchasing $2200 worth of Samsung washer and dryer and they said they couldn’t do anything about it! Not even 24 hours later. Should have been honored but i felt that was messed up and not right on bestbuys behalf considering I purchaed alot this month from them!

As wife as it both machines are, I will say if you arent a tall person, you will have to purchase a step stool eith any washer above 5.5 that doesnt have the door on the side vs on top! Think smarter work not so harder! And they wash heavy duty towels, bed sheets, mattress toppers and blankets!
