The water came out from the dispenser. It could not use the hot water. Please advise. thanks.
When our washer was first installed we found out that the installers had crossed the water lines so all we were getting was hot water. A second team of installers came out and reconnected the lines properly so that we got both hot and cold water, depending on the type of load to be washed.
