It works, there are 3 possible options to connect a Sirius XM tuner to a vehicle without built-in SXM. This device converts the SXM signal to an FM signal. When you read the install instructions for the SXM tuner, this is the 3rd option, only to be used if the first 2 options don’t work. Option 1 is an “auxiliary” cord connection, many newer vehicles don’t have an aux jack. 2nd best is Bluetooth, which works well but your phone won’t be able to connect with Bluetooth if you’re using it for SXM. So I used this, it works well. But I’m now using an FM channel not active in my area. When I travel to another area, the FM frequency I’ve chosen to use may be an active channel frequency in another area, so I’ll get interference and need to select another unused local FM frequency. For me that’s ok, if I travel out of my area, I’ll probably be in a different vehicle. If you travel to other areas a lot, you need to know this.

Have a pair of non-component speakers installed neatly, reliably and professionally by a Geek Squad Autotech. Standard installation does not include vehicle-specific parts or accessories. For speaker installation, the cost of parts will vary. Such parts and any additional parts or extensive labor are extra. Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including nonstandard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete. For additional installation information for your vehicle, find a store with an installation center and speak with a Geek Squad Autotech.
