I upgraded from the Samsung S2 and it was quite a nice change. The screen is very responsive and the speed of the O.S. is like all samsung products; GREAT! The pen is very responsive and allows for alot of quick shortcuts at your fingertips. The internal antenna is quite the upgrade, i can now take advantage of the fast AX internet signals and 5GHZ channels. It is a tablet but it packs a punch and allows for multi-tasking and awesome media experience.

It is not compatible with the Playstation 5, i was told by the employee it would work and i wasted my time setting it up and trying to troubleshoot. I then contacted Sony and they confirmed it would not work so i had to return it. Do not buy for PS5.

DUAL OUTPUT<,DUAL PROBLEMS!

The major drawback i had with this receiver is the dual output. I purchased it to connect a projector and a television. I wanted seamless switching without having to manually disconnect any cables or push any buttons on the receiver. I was very disappointed. When i switch to hdmi 1 or hdmi 2, the signal does not transfer over and it loses signal intermittently. it is almost as if the receiver is trying to send out 2 signals and loses signal as it decides where to send the signal. It is very annoying when watching a movie. Customer service was no help at all and i have been troubleshooting the problem for about a month. There were times that when you would switch to the other hdmi output you would not get a signal and you had to manually turn off the receiver and turn it back on as a way of resetting it. It does have an option to send the signal thru both outputs and i was hoping this would fix the issue and it is the same problem. It has ruined the movie experience completely.

The charger drastically cuts down on charging time for the Galaxy S21 Ultra. It is very convenient for a quick but full charge in a shortened amount of time. The quality is great but the included charging cable with a double ended USB-C connector is pretty short approximately 3ft. overall great charger but short cable.
