Great movie marred by poor QC from Shout Factory

The good: great movie, wonderful 4k scan and HDR, amazing sound and score.
The bad: as per other reviews, my copy was scratched. It wasn't terrible and the disk played fine, but it's disappointing to see these consistent QC problems from Shout Factory.

Terrible, fragile glass shield. Pulled it out of my pocket after less than two weeks of use, only to find it cracked with no obvious cause. My wife purchased the same shield for her iPhone mini and it also cracked within two weeks of use.

Lacking customization, abysmal app support

The product itself works fine. It's not spectacular but it works and coverage is decent.
The problems are that a few much needed controls have been stripped away so you can't really customize your setup beyond the basics: no controlling whether your broadcast your SSID; no way to separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands (which can be a problem with some older devices); much is automated and cannot be adjusted, etc.
Additionally, the app is, BY FAR, the worst app I have ever used; it freezes and crashed constantly and is unusable 90% of the time. Additionally, each update seems to somehow make things worse.
