It's nice, roomy, works well. I would have liked the buttons on the panel to be white on black rather than the grey on black to make for easier reading. It adds 4-5 seconds when it's done cooking which is more irritating than it is a problem. I haven't needed to use the sensor cooking function yet.

It’s sleek, has quite a few bells and whistles that I’ll never use and it connects to 2 cell phones (something else I’ll probably never use). It’s a phone, it takes and makes calls. Not loving the display when not in use but it is easy to read, large letters.

Went from regular DVD to 4K not b/c I wanted to but b/c I could only find a very specific movie dear to my heart in the 4K format. This one was highly recommended by the sales clerk who had just put one in his home & it wasn't the higher priced product. Now I can play every format out there (until the next big thing comes out). I'm not a big techie so for me it does what it's suppose to do in a smaller footprint. I would have preferred one with a gray case instead of black but that's just my taste.

Bought this while in a stressful situation. Not the one I wanted but it was the only one I could get in 2 days and it only came in black. Way too much tech, the black shows every micro particle that lands on it. I was stunned to be told by the installer that it was a combo machine; it can wash AND dry. WHAT?? Why let me buy a dryer if this one dries too. So the sales man never told me that or that it’s ENORMOUS. It extends a good 4-5 inches farther out than my former washer. Never shop under duress. As a washer it does what it needs to do and is fairly quiet.

Have used the washer for a while now and I hate it. Have had it display Call Customer Service twice now. Apparently water builds up around the filter and the washer just stops working. You have to open the filter door and remove the filter. Simple enough but then you have a flood of water gushing out all over the floor or in the pedestal pan, which has holes in it in case water gets in it. So there's standing water under the machine until it air dries. Fun times. This machine is too big, too high tech, and comes with problems I've never had in any other washer in my life.

what pedestal?
Pedestals are sold separately, run about $280 each. They are convenient, they raise the washer up so you don't have to bend over as much and you get the added storage from the pedestal drawer.
