very EZ to put together .. feels sturdy .... HOWEVER .. box looked like it was sent to Baghdad first, then on to my house (holes all over it -more holes then cardboard !!!! .. legs that attached to table top were bent bad in shipping, but a rubber mallet and block of wood and we were good to go .. bolts bag was shredded ,, but amazingly all bolts were there .. holder for power supply not useful ..

I told the store associate that I wanted a device that would allow me to connect multiple TVs to one cable box. This accomplishes that to a certain degree but still not what I wanted, so I will end up returning this devise. I want all 3 TV's to play simultaneously like in a bar, this devise only lets you switch between TV's and play one at a time. Reminds me of the old A/B switch.

wonder what "would" let u do that ? Do to all the copy right issues (ie HDCP).. my guess bars are using multi boxes, or some sort of very expensive equipment - like hotels.. i was curious too - how everyday consumer get hands on this equipment - at a reasonable price ... there are some high-end receivers (1-3k) that have dual HDMI outs.. FYI this above, are for TV's that generally have only 2 HDMI out ..

1 - This is a very fast laptop with 8GB of memory.
2 - It has a quick charging feature.
3 - The screen while not IPS looks very good and has good viewing angles.
4 - The keyboard is very good for quick typing.

I was looking for a laptop with great performance, a very good screen and the ability to upgrade easily. Lenovo delivered on the performance but adding memory or upgrading to a SSD will be a chore because it has a dozen small screws instead of a compartment like other brands do. While this is just a minor annoyance (you don't upgrade that often), what I find both confusing and annoying is the USB type C port.

When I looked at this laptop in the store, I saw the sticker on the front that said USB-C 3.1 and it also says "Fast Charging" so naturally, I thought I'd be able to charge it like my cell phone but you can't. It's nice that the port can do high speed data transfers but I would rather have a third regular USB port which is far more flexible.
Although I intend to change to a SSD at some point, I have no real complaints with the 1TB drive this laptop came with. The drive is very fast for a conventional drive but in a quiet space, the drive activity noise can be annoying. As for the fan, for people who like me have a work space that is dead quiet, this could be an annoyance. It seems that the fan never turns off but for the speed of this laptop, it's a compromise I'm willing to live with.
All in all, in my opinion, this is the price/performance leader in laptops as of the time of this review (I just looked and it's on sale for $60 less than I paid for mine).

its 8gb total .. 4 soldered to board then ONE expansion slot that is currently filled with another 4GB .. hence the 8gb... Lenovo was trying to say they don't want u fooling with their laptop or u will void the warranty .. Lenevo would be glad to charge u for memory (8GB) and installing in in that slot that's not soldered to board to give u a total of 12GB .. typically charging 1/2 the price of the entire laptop to install ...

We decided save a few $$$ and got this instead of the A90J. So we were pleasantly surprised that the TV did not turn out to be "too dim" as we have initially anticipated in our moderately bright living room. We didn't have to proceed with plans to install extra blinds. It has a sufficiently loud audio for an internal speaker or "acoustic surface" but obviously still not as good as a decent soundbar and a sub-woofer. Even at this lower price (compared to the A90J), the remote should have been backlit. C'mon Sony!

thanks schembfs for review ......... was on fence whether to get 90 or 80 ...(currently own their 85" G series ) sounds like the 80 might be a better "value".... i saw the 90 in magnolia UNBELEIVABLE picture .............but couldn't compare to 80 ..course that good marketing - don't display the cheaper set side by side,, SO for extra $1000.00 .. just for that "slight picture enhancement" .. who cares about the built in sound junk ..... if your shelling out this kinda dough, u probably all ready invested in a good sound bar ... course if the 90 was say $200-$300 more i would jump on it.(hint hint Sony) .but 1K bit to much...

Yes and no .. you will get picture but NO SOUND … there are no internal speakers .. no Bluetooth .. no headphone jack either !!! Is the RAM size an error in the Best Buy listing, or does this premium handheld really only have 16GB RAM?
I had same question ..!!! I thought it was a miss print on best buy web site - but nope .. on the office Lenovo site .. only 16gig ram and it’s soldered !! No other options .. to bad too MUCH better screen then rally x ..I was already to lay down my 1k , but I need speed over screen .. so I pre-ordered the rally Xbox … I’m bummed .. maybe 800 bucks I would have though about it at least ..

According to apple it’s NOT on this model - you have to pay extra for it - ($30) the next model has it (1499.99) and yes then it IS in the power cord .. can ANYONE verify that apple or best buy is lying … course if apple wrong its a good deal for this iMac .. because apple makes you pay a extra $30 for it !!! don’t want to open box .. because it a nightmare to return (if opened) - thanks …
