I bought this model to replace the original version which I also own. The original version started popping in the right surround speaker when the system was taxed by louder sounds like explosions etc. I replaced it with the newer version, which no longer has the popping issue, but I get a significant hiss in the surround speakers even at moderate unit volume. I would say this is a little better than the popping issue, but it is still distracting to hear the hissing during quieter scenes. What I tend to do is turn the volume down on the unit when watching most TV, and then turn it up for movies with lots of sound design.

I know this goes over low pile and switches easily to tile and hard wood, but is it easy to push over high pile? This is for my mom and she needs something easy to push and she loves her dysons.
