My computer is a Dell. It’s new and has a fast chip. I was able to get the storage device to backup my files but it was not an automatic process right from the start. To be fair I can’t say it’s the fault of the device. Maybe I was hitting the wrong link or something in the set up. I am 54 years old and I was a little stressed and felt this setup was taking too long. I’ll chalk it up to we all process and see things different on our computer screen. However, I will give this backup device the benefit of the doubt and recommend it. It’s been working well ever since.
