The installer took my dryer duct and clamps so I had to go to Home Depot to repurchase them. Also they wouldn't bring my washer and dryer through my patio window, but you took my old machines out the same window. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE????

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new electric dryer is working. We'll connect a new, customer-supplied 220V power cord and vent kit. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

The installer refused to bring my dryer through the patio window so my 16 year old, my wife and I brought it in. Funny thing is they took the old dryer out the same window. We asked for the dryer to be installed on the right because of the doors, but he didn't do it. Then he took away part of mu duct and my clamps. I had to go to Home Depot to repurchasing the missing parts. I paid for the vent kit and took half of them with him. THE WORST!!!
