Would have been great but has limitations

We were really excited to get these spotlights installed but they didn’t work. Ring doesn’t work if you have a password that includes a symbol, so we would have had to change our passwords for everything else in the house in order to install these spotlights, which would have been very difficult. Instead, we returned them and have ordered another system. The installer worked a long time trying to get them to work and called for support but no go.
