Leaked in less than 3 months

Bought a washer from Bestbuy. With it they recommended a stainless steel hose kit. Well, less than 3 months I found that both cold and hot hoses are leaking from the joint between the valve connector and the braided portion. I had to buy replacement hoses from Lowe's. Called bestbuy customer service and gave them the item number on the receipt. They said it's past 30 days and they can't return. They also said the kit is a Smart Choice brand and gave me a phone number, which turned out to be the number for Choice Home Warranty. I then did some research and found the contact information on the box. The contacts took me to Frigidaire. Chatting with their customer support resulted nothing; they don't know anything about the brand and can't support it. So I'm stuck with defective parts and no way to claim warranty!!!

LG took everything you love about the traditional top load agitator washer and kicked it up a notch, with enhanced cleaning and conveniences that simplify laundry day. The agitator~s 4-way wash action combines with exclusive LG TurboDrum Technology to give clothes an enhanced but gentler clean. Who says you can~t improve on a classic?

Great washer, works well

The LG washer works great so far. We found that a deep wash setting is better than the Normal setting because Normal water level is too low! To compensate for lack of “Soak” cycle, we tried to fill the tub in Deep Wash setting then press the on/off button. That didn’t work because after about 10 minutes the washer turned on by itself and drained the water!! This washer is quiet and doesn’t make much vibration - note it is sitting on tile floor.
Best Buy delivery was on time, professional, and efficient- took about 30 minutes. The only negative is the technician didn’t use a Level to make sure the washer was leveled. You have to request it. The technicians seem to not be trained on nor required to level washers, which is a must do per LG!!
