Sound quality is excellent . I just bought it really to try it out cause I already have a 1600 dollar pioneer elite SC-95 and let me say this Onkyo in my opinion out performs my pioneer for twice the cost . Atmos and DTS-X movies sound so much better I was wowed by the difference . So much more sound it’s amazing . Easily worth the price to have a awesome sounding Atmos system. Mine is set up 5.2.4 with Klipsh Reference Premiere speakers and I’m really happy .

bought this arris and replaced the one from spectrum. amplifi is connected to spectrum router like before but amplifi giving me from .68 to max 40 mbps I tried everything on the website and even factory reset bridge mode and off ipv6 didn't work
I too replaced mine from spectrum with this new arris model and I ended up having to get a service man out to get it up and going . The poor guy was at my house over two hours . He ended up running new cable from the hub across the street to my house . Needless to say he got it up and running perfectly and I woulda never got it on my own .

I read one review that stated it is not compatible with iphones. I would think bluetooth would cover all bluetooth enabled devices. Can anyone confirm if they were able to use their iphone with this unit? Also, this is for our boat.

Is it correct in the specs that there are no optical or coaxial inputs?
I have optical from my TV and coaxial from my CD player plugged into this unit . Excellent AVR
