Broke after 2 months

This worked great before it broke. The cable is sturdy and still able to be used, but the adapter that plugs into the wall did not hold up. One of the metal prongs that goes in the outlet came loose from the adapter and stayed in the outlet. I had to turn off the outlet in order to remove it. It worked great for 2 months, maybe the one I got was defective.
