Despite having the USB receiver plugged into a port less than two feet away with a clear line of sight, the keyboard frequently misses keypresses. I’ll be typing a sentence and realize half the vowels are missing, or I have to hammer on a key three times just to get it to register once.
It’s not just a "membrane feel" issue; it’s a genuine hardware/signal failure. The mouse isn't much better—it stutters and lags across the screen, making precise clicking impossible. I’ve tried:
Replacing the batteries with brand-new name-brand ones.
Moving the receiver to different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0).
Turning off other wireless devices to check for interference.
