I always have a great experience here, but this time I didn't get my monies worth. The service person, not the geek squad, that assisted me kindly took my phone and my shield purchase and applied it to my phone screen. I did not have a appt. Though the service was fast, there are two specs of dirt under that shield, on the face of my phone. I purchased the last shield, so I didn't bother to go back into the store.
