WOW!!! This drive is so much faster to boot and run than the old drive I replaced. Very easy install. Perform system image backup, swap drive, restore image. Whole process took about 4 hours. Most of that was the backup of original drive.
MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE INSIGNIA MOUNTING BRACKET IF INSTALLING IN A DESKTOP UNIT.

The screw holes are smaller than standard 3.5 drive mount. Usually this would not be a problem, as the screws are supplied. I have a Dell with a quick remove drive tray that uses pins. They are standard size, so they were to big. The supplied screws were to short, so I had to go to the local hardware store and purchase four longer small screws. Worked great. A bit of a pain for my install, but if going in a chassis, it will work great.

The basics work pretty eady out of the box. Like anything else, getting all the fancy stuff working takes a little effort. Once it is set, it is quite easy to use. Can turn lights on and off and make phone calls. It is linked with my phone, so my wife can't call her contacts from her phone. Trying to see how to use a second phone now. Small and doesn't stand out like a sore thumb in the room.

This has really worked out well. I still need to work on the sensitivity and field of view for alerts. Also, mounting to the house is not perfect, due to siding. I used the adapter they include, but it is more for changing the angle than siding issues. I have 4 inch siding, and think it would be better on 4 inch. Otherwise, I rate this a 5 star. Very easy setup and remote operation.
