Kinda disappointed

This is no fault of Best Buy. I bought this product very specifically for the dictation feature. Little did I know that dictation ONLY works when the computer is online so the document can be uploaded to the cloud. It does NOT work offline. MS Word keeps getting less and less private. would recommend only with reservations.

SLOW delivery

Decent, basic gas range. Cooks well, but seems like it loses a lot of heat out of the vent under the clock. Best Buy took weeks to deliver because they hire a vendor to bring it to you and install it [have to be gas certified]. I had a similar problem with another company, so before I bought from Best Buy, I called to see if they did their own installation. I was assured that they did and was told all of their Geek Squad was gas certified. The guys who installed did NOT work for Best Buy directly. It took three appointments before they actually showed up to install the appliance.
