It runs windows instead of steam which is much easier to setup. It has a good amount of processing power but runs better if it's plugged in. Which is not the reason I got it. I'm a truck driver so I wanted something to play while I'm waiting at a shipper or in the sleeper berth. Mine came with Xbox game pass free for 3 months. It's slightly awkward to hold if you aren't used to something like this. Everything works as it should but I highly recommend buying a case for it. Got mine on Amazon for about 30 dollars but it was too late. It has a little bit of stick drift from not being in a protected case. It's not unplayable but definitely frustrating. I hardly ever play it now and opted for a gaming laptop instead and play with an Xbox controller. If the steam deck interests you and it's something that youre planning on buying I would recommend trying this instead. Overall I'm not disappointed in my purchase. Just not for me

I bought this controller to replace a PC controller that just didn't work for what I wanted. Xbox controller pairs very easily with windows through Bluetooth or through a wired connection. This controller comes with everything you need to customize how you want. The back paddles can sometimes get in the way but it's not a big deal. You can also remove them if you don't want them. The Xbox accessories app is very easy to install and program the buttons to do whatever you want. And it feels like a solid overall option if you need something to work seamlessly with Windows, Xbox, iPhone, android. I would definitely recommend this controller if you want more customization and options than a standard controller has. It is a little bit expensive but I would say it's worth it if you're a serious gamer

Great purchase, but not for me personally

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it didn't work for what I intended to use it for. But the controller was great! Felt high quality and sturdy. Also has hall effect sticks which is a big plus. I don't play first person shooters and the controller is more tailored to those kinds of games. It's customizable and comes with everything you need. Really good purchase. Unfortunately didn't work for me but the return was smooth and easy. And the best buy representative was very helpful and easy to talk to
